Lectio for Lent A daily Lectio Divina for each day of Lent.
Lectio Divina, or Divine Reading, is an ancient practice of prayerfully attending to the Word of God in scripture. It involves four movements: read, reflect, respond, and rest. These podcasts will guide you through this. You may want to have some quiet instrumental music playing in the background. We welcome feedback and suggestions!
It might be helpful to have a print copy of the reading ready. We use the NRSV. You can find it online on several sites.
